Introduction

Acid Cellulase B-600L is the concentrated cellulase. It can be used for textiles bio-polishing, deburring and colour buffing, or for jeans buhrstone mill as the substitute of pumice. As its very high concentrated so its not suitable for use before dilution.

After the enzyme treatment, thoroughly wash the fabric with detergent. Rise the temperature to 80(PH ≥10) for 15mins.

Formulation

Typically we make the end product contain 20% of our B600. The dosage of this formulation is 0.5% (o.w.f) at the bath ratio 5:1, and 0.75%-4.5% at the bath ratio 20:1.

Definition of unit

1 unit of FPA equals to the amount of enzyme, which hydrolyzes filter paper to get 1 μg of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1 min. at 50 and PH 4.8.
